From your idea to product
Your wishes we translate into reality in short time.We cooperate with you at design of part, according your wishes. According your sketch we create 3D model of part, which we send it to you for confirmation.
You can send us already produced part, by normal mail or you can send us some drawings or 3D models on our e-mail IES@siol.net
Drawings could be in format: dwg, dxf..., or as 3D computer model in format iges, step...
After that we check your drawings, and give you some possible solutions for mold. In this stage is possible to cut-down price considerably with some small changes on part, without functional loose!
Than we made construction of mold, order material, and start with manufacturing.
In each mold is a lot of knowledge and more working hours than one can imagine. Each mold is something special.
Test of mold could be on your machines or at our cooperators nearby! After successful test, mold work in serial production usually for more than 1.000.000 cycles! Expected working life of mold you should give us before we start with design. Some mold run even more than 3.000.000 cycles, but price for such is also different!
