His first experience in aviation was in aero modeling, beginning gliding in 1970, than stopped because lack of time. In 1988 his doughtier Nina (my sister) start gliding. He couldn't stay on the ground, so he start gliding again. Next year he buy old Open Cirrus, and he was back in this sport. He is now gliding instructor with about 1800 gliding hours.Graduated at Mechanical Engineering University in Ljubljana. At the moment his plane is LAK17A "ZM"

Start with building of simple models of gliders. This lead me to the constructing the most sophisticated F1A free flight and radio-controlled F3B and now days electro-powered models. At age 15 I start with gliding. Four years later I won my first Slovenian Nationals as the youngest competitor. As member of Slovenian gliding team, flew EJGC 1997, WJGC 1999 and 2001, EGC 2000, WGC 2003.
In 1996 discovered in that time completely unknown Lithuanian company Sportine Aviacija and become dealer of LAK sailplanes for Slovenia and Italy.
All together I have about 1500 hours on sailplanes, 50 000 km and Gold badge with 2 diamonds. Flew on 20 different gliders, from Olympia to Nimbus 3. Also some experience with motor planes.
Graduated at Mechanical Engineering University in Ljubljana as Aeronautical Engineer. At the moment my plane is LAK17A "LZ"
